Process
We hire Graduates/Post Graduates/Professionals from the fields of Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management and other disciplines from all over the world to ensure diverse viewpoints, which in turn help us grow as a business.
Everyone passes through a rigorous selection process that includes a case study round before being taken on.
Once on board, all hires partake in training and coaching courses to help build expertise and skills; internal certifications are available to both freshers and laterals to hone functional and interpersonal skills – and our mentorship programmes afford accelerated development. Our fast-track programme grooms high potential employees for future leadership positions. We also run a study-leave scheme for employees wishing to pursue further academic qualifications.
