  • Identify companies that are interested in RocSearch’s services and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Generate leads through professional networking and cold calling techniques
  • Confidently make an initial pitch to introduce RocSearch services and convince the stakeholder for a detailed telephonic / face- to-face appointment with a senior RocSearch team member
  • Schedule calls / meetings and actively follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to keep schedules on track
  • Enter and update information on the CRM and provide regular progress reports to the management
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets with respect to call volumes and sales

Candidate profile:

  • 1−2 years of B2B pre‐sales / business development experience for products / services companies
  • Experience in pitching to senior stakeholders over phone and in person
  • Sharp business acumen with an ability to form a quick understanding of RocSearch’s business
  • Highly self‐motivated and aggressive with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
