Responsibilities:
- Identify companies that are interested in RocSearch’s services and build a robust sales pipeline
- Generate leads through professional networking and cold calling techniques
- Confidently make an initial pitch to introduce RocSearch services and convince the stakeholder for a detailed telephonic / face- to-face appointment with a senior RocSearch team member
- Schedule calls / meetings and actively follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to keep schedules on track
- Enter and update information on the CRM and provide regular progress reports to the management
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets with respect to call volumes and sales
Candidate profile:
- 1−2 years of B2B pre‐sales / business development experience for products / services companies
- Experience in pitching to senior stakeholders over phone and in person
- Sharp business acumen with an ability to form a quick understanding of RocSearch’s business
- Highly self‐motivated and aggressive with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Enthusiastic to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using CRM software
