- The client wanted RocSearch to analyse best practices followed by global health agencies to promote healthy living
- They also sought recommendations regarding possible initiatives that could be implemented to promote good health in Singapore
Approach and Methodology
- RocSearch adopted a case study-based approach, wherein the health-related initiatives undertaken by specific countries were studied in detail
- We identified parameters, such as lifestyle, disease, target segment, reach of the initiative, year of initiation, etc., to analyse the various health programmes and shortlisted relevant cases that the client must consider
- We conducted detailed meetings with the client to discuss each case, and finally zeroed in on eight health initiatives across seven countries and presented the final recommendations based on these
