With a team of over 80 research analysts, we operate out of a state-of-the-art research centre. Our analysts are equipped with an MBA or other postgraduate degrees from top B-schools and Universities, with experience from market research, consulting and MNC’s. (Average Experience: 2 – 5 years) What are the core competencies of RocSearch? We provide clients with access to Human Capital Infrastructure to support their research needs. Our research delivery models include customized projects as well as client-dedicated analyst teams helping clients with speed-to-market and high level of business flexibility. We do not lay claim to domain expertise, however what we have in ample quantity is domain familiarity and exposure. What physical infrastructure does RocSearch have in place? We work out of a state-of-the-art research facility in India with best-in-class IT systems (Internet connectivity, data security), confidentiality measures and quality processes in place. Each team is designated a separate work area, according to individual client projects. Complete client confidentiality and information security is maintained with restricted access to work stations. Top Working at RocSearch What are the working hours? We offer flexi timings to suit your individual need and lifestyle. Our team members have the option of beginning their work day anytime between 0830 hours to 1200 hrs. We have a nine-hour day including the lunch break. We operate on a five-day week and have a strict ‘No shift’ policy since we believe that working in shifts has a negative impact on our talent base and productivity. What is the dress code at RocSearch? Unless you are in a client-facing role or your profile requires formal interaction with any third party, the dress code is business casuals throughout the week. What are the rewards and recognition programs at RocSearch? We believe recognition is important to every individual and have incorporated a healthy mix of formal and informal rewards program at RocSearch to ensure every deserving employee gets his rightful pat on the back; it could be an acknowledgement mail from the CEO or a performance bonus. What is the performance evaluation system at RocSearch? At RocSearch, performance management is an ongoing and comprehensive exercise. It includes:
All employees at RocSearch are assigned a Development Guide (DG), who works towards supporting his/her mentees and providing direction for their growth. DGs are also responsible for driving mentee’s performance and their continuous performance evaluation. Performance reviews at RocSearch is aimed at creating a customized development plan for each individual with a focus on improvement areas, rather than highlighting an employee’s shortcomings. All applicants will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and short listed candidates will be invited for further discussion. There may be times that there may not be suitable positions for you at the time of application, in which case your resume will be recorded in the database for future reference. Top Employment at RocSearch - Recruitment: Summer Hires Which is the best way to submit an application? What should I include when applying? Summer internships are on invitation basis only. Each year, RocSearch visits a select number of institutes to recruit candidates for Summer Internships. Are internships paid or volunteer? On-site internships are rewarded with a stipend. Short-term offsite projects are discussed on a case to case basis. Are foreign nationals also encouraged to apply? Candidates of any nationality are most welcome to apply at RocSearch.
