With a team of over 80 research analysts, we operate out of a state-of-the-art research centre. We work out of a state-of-the-art research facility in India with best-in-class IT systems (Internet connectivity, data security), confidentiality measures and quality processes in place. Each team is designated a separate work area, according to individual client projects. Complete client confidentiality and information security is maintained with restricted access to work stations. Top Working at RocSearch What are the working hours? We offer flexi timings to suit your individual need and lifestyle. Our team members have the option of beginning their work day anytime between 0900 hours to 1100 hrs. We have a eight-hour day including the lunch break. We operate on a five-day week and have a strict ‘No shift’ policy since we believe that working in shifts has a negative impact on our talent base and productivity. What is the dress code at RocSearch? Unless you are in a client-facing role or your profile requires formal interaction with any third party, the dress code is business casuals throughout the week. What are the rewards and recognition programs at RocSearch? We believe recognition is important to every individual and have incorporated a healthy mix of formal and informal rewards program at RocSearch to ensure every deserving employee gets his rightful pat on the back; it could be an acknowledgement mail from the CEO or a performance bonus. DGs are also responsible for driving mentee’s performance and their continuous performance evaluation. Performance reviews at RocSearch is aimed at creating a customized development plan for each individual with a focus on improvement areas, rather than highlighting an employee’s shortcomings. All applicants will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and short listed candidates will be invited for further discussion. Each year, RocSearch visits a select number of institutes to recruit candidates for Summer Internships. Are internships paid or volunteer? We encourage all types of internships based on alignment to the nature of work. Are foreign nationals also encouraged to apply? Candidates of any nationality are most welcome to apply at RocSearch.
